Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase.
Please email us at Operations@montserrat-nyc.com to request your free return label in PDF version.
Please note that all pieces are made by hand and feature freshwater pearls that are individually unique, which is why our jewelry is so special as each piece is one of a kind. With that being said, if you are unhappy with the shape of your pearl, or want a longer chain for your necklace, please contact us at sales@montserrat-nyc.com and we will happily pay for the back and forth shipping to accommodate your requests.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Your exchange and refund will be processed upon the receipt of the returned item to our Studio.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Damaged Products
If a purchased item is damaged, please send us an email at Operations@montserrat-nyc.com and we will work with you to exchange the item and ensure to provide you with a fresh new product!
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please send us an email at Operations@montserrat-nyc.com and we will work with you to exchange the item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
